Harold Brazil : ウィキペディア英語版 | Harold Brazil Harold Brazil (born 1947) is a lawyer and Democratic politician in Washington, D.C. He was an elected member of the Council of the District of Columbia from 1991 to 2005, first representing Ward 6 and then as an at-large member. He is also known for a confrontation with tattoo shop employees in that took place in the Georgetown neighborhood of Washington, D.C. in October 2008.
